Wish List FAQ

What is Wish List?

Wish List is a convenient way for you to save a reminder of any items you would like to purchase later rather than immediately.

How do I add items to Wish List?

To add an item just click the “Add to Wish” List button for any items that interests you. This button is just below the “Add to Bag” button

How do I view the Wish List I’ve created?

You can access your Wish List at any time by clicking on View Wish List either in the top right hand corner of the page, or on the left hand side of the page. The Wish List will be available for you to see in any one visit to the site.
Please note that if you want your Wish List to be available if you leave the site and return later, you will need to create an account with login details. And when you return to the site, you will need to log in to access your Wish List (unless you didn’t log out on your previous visit).

How do I move items from my Wish List to my Shopping Bag?

Simply click the box next to the item you want to transfer to your Shopping Bag and click the button “Add to Shopping Bag”.

How do I remove items from my Wish List?

Simply click the box next to the product’s name and then click the delete button.

Can I let friends know that I like a particular product?

Yes. This is a great way of letting people know that you’d like a specific product as a gift. Simply enter your details, your friend’s name and email address and add a short message. An email will be sent to your friend with a link to the product page of the item you’ve selected.

Can I share my Wish List with other people?

There are 2 ways you can share the items on your Wish List with your friends. If you’re logged in to your account , you can send an email to your friends that will provide a link that takes them to your “live” Wish List page on the Boutique Provencale site. If you’re not logged in to your account, the email sent to your friends will simply provide individual links to the specific product pages for the items on your Wish List. We’re considering extending Wish List for Wedding List purposes ‐ let us know if you think it would be a good idea.

All items shown on the site are in stock, so your order should be despatched within 2 working days. UK orders are always sent by first class mail (or courier for larger items) and overseas orders by airmail or courier services to ensure your order gets to you as quickly as possible. Our shipping costs are based on weight and reflect Royal Mail first class postage rates.

Express delivery is available for a £5 supplement and will require a signature - so please ensure someone will be at your address to accept the parcel.

Delivery on orders over £100 is free (UK only).
