Moving around the Site
We’ve grouped our products into categories to help you find just what you are looking for quickly and easily.
Finding products by category
Each product is grouped within a category displayed on the left side of the screen. When you click on a category you will be taken to a page where you can view the range of products available in that category or click on a sub category link.
Browsing by price
If you’re working to a budget, we’ve also grouped our products by price to help you find the perfect gift for family or friends more easily. The price categories can be seen on the left hand side of the page below the product categories. When you click on a price range you will be taken to a selection of products available.
How can I view products?
When you select a category all the products are shown as small images with a product title underneath. Click on the product image or title and you will be taken to the product screen where you can see a larger image and a product description.
How do I buy products?
Your Shopping Bag
When you have found the perfect product, click ‘Add to Bag’ to buy it. Your shopping bag will fill up as you shop and products can be added or deleted and quantities changed at any time before you proceed to the checkout. When you have finished shopping click on the ‘Bag’ icon and you will see all the items you have selected. You can amend your order here and then you’re ready to check out!
Buying from your Shopping Bag
If you are a new customer you will need to let us know a bit about you! Please enter your details so we can process your order. If you’ve already shopped at Boutique Provençale before please log in and all your details will appear. (You will have the chance to tell us if any of your details have changed or if you need to alter any addresses.) When your information is complete you will see an order confirmation page and then you are ready to checkout!
Proceed to Checkout
When you click on this button you will be taken to the secure area, where all information is encrypted. Please fill in all the details at the checkout carefully, ensuring that all fields are completed fully. Then click on the ‘Purchase’ button. Your order will be confirmed by e-mail.
All prices on the site include VAT at 20%). If you live in a country which is part of the EU, VAT will be charged at the standard rate. If you live in a country outside the EU, VAT will be deducted from the total price of your order. However, please note that you will be liable to local taxes in your country of residence.
Unlike many sites, we will gift-wrap your purchase free of charge. Your order will normally be despatched within 2 working days.
Apart from jewellery (which we always send by recorded delivery and will need to be signed for) we use first class business post or City Link couriers for heavier packages, so your order should be with you within 5 days.
Standard delivery is:

Express delivery (within 2 working days) is available for a £5 supplement and will require a signature - so please ensure someone will be at your address to accept the parcel. Delivery on orders over £100 is free. Items over 3kg will be sent by parcel post.
Customers from outside the UK
Delivery costs are calculated by weight with rates as follows:
Up to 500g £5 Europe £10 Worldwide
500g to 1kg £8.50 Europe £15 Worldwide
1kg to 2kg £15 Europe £28 Worldwide
Over 2 kg £25 Europe £40 Worldwide
We hope that your order will be just what you wanted. But if you change your mind about our products you can return your order for any reason within 7 days for an exchange or refund. Email us to let us know you would like to return the item and we will advise you of next steps.You will need to return the product(s) to us in perfect condition (unused and in their original packaging) within 7 days of receiving your order.

- We recommend that you obtain a certificate of posting when you return your parcel. These are available free at the post office and will enable us to action your refund should your parcel be delayed or lost in the post.
- Goods are returned at your own cost. Please note that the delivery charge on the original order is non-refundable.
- We will write to confirm when your exchange or refund has been processed. Please allow up to 3 weeks during busy times.

Damaged/ Faulty goods:
If you receive damaged/ faulty goods we will replace them or refund in full (including the original postage charge)
- Please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receiving your order. We will let you know how to return the goods to us.
- Complete the returns form included in your parcel.
